U S resumes troop withdrawals in Vietnam amid POW releases

Two men arrested after Seven Mile roadblock incident

Hamilton authorities detain Ronald Hacker 28 and Remine Shepard 32 after a roadblock chase involving a Camden youth. Hacker faces shooting with intent to wound while Shepard faces aiding and abetting and possession of a sawed off shotgun. A passenger was wounded while the suspects pursued the vehicle.
