Ohio Supreme Court Forces Tax Ballot Move
Five Republican Ohio legislators win temporary court support to place income tax repeal on the ballot by March 22. Attorney General Brown must approve petition circulation or explain, while Franklin County Judge Rader extends an injunction delaying action. If approved, 318,414 signatures by August would qualify the measure. Rep. Joseph Tulley remains optimistic.
