Secrest ask Army probe of pre induction exams
Representative Secrest of Ohio asked the Army to investigate reports that youths called for service received rushed pre induction physicals. He cited claims from W T Bullock about groups of Monroe County inductees examined in under 30 minutes and 23 minutes, with at least one diabetic case approved. The Army said examinations are thorough, noting minor induction inconveniences.
