Canton physician liable for patient injury wins $5 000

In Canton Ohio a common pleas court jury awarded $5 000 to Mrs Nellie Reiner against Dr Fred Kauffman after she fractured her hip when he allegedly bumped into her barrier entering a hospital corridor at Aultman Hospital on September 25 1948. Two-Truck Crash Kills Samuel Grigsby in New Lexington Area
