Ohio House bill to televise Assembly sessions dead for year
Ohio legislators will not watch televised Statehouse sessions this year. Rep. James L Baumann said his measure to let the Ohio Educational Television Network originate nightly telecasts is dead for 1978 after one hearing. He noted committee reluctance due to money and production control worries, while predicting future approval as other states already air proceedings.
