In Orrville Ohio a regional relief effort led by Willis Neuenschwander produced 14 970 cans of beef for international distribution and 1 260 cans of broth for local use. About 400 volunteers from 10 churches worked 16 hour days to process 55 000 pounds of beef before the drive ends around April 25.
