Ten IRA bombers in Scotland Yard probe in London blasts

IRA figures in Belfast say ten Irish men and women being questioned at Scotland Yard were part of the squad that planted explosives in London. SAIGON AP The United States pressed for the release of about 140 additional American prisoners of war by next Tuesday Brig Gen John A Wickham Jr said nearly 74 percent of U S and allied forces have been withdrawn since the cease fire on January 28 The cease fire calls for prisoner releases at the same rate as troop withdrawals and the pace is being pursued under the Vietnam American Joint Military Commission
