Cemetery Plan To Face Probe By Grand Jury
Butler County grand jury will study a free grave plan offered by an out of county cemetery association to decide if indictments are warranted. John Holcomb, assistant prosecutor, said the probe, authorized by County Prosecutor Richard Wessel, will focus on the plans charging extra for wives plots and crypts. He noted a Michigan case with similar alleged false pretenses and clarified existing Butler County Memorial Park is not under review.
