Children's Hospital eyes Liberty land
Cincinnati Children's Hospital plans to buy a 65 acre Liberty Township site at Ohio 129 and I 75 for a medical campus. A PEDCO E&A plan shows two three story outpatient facilities, a three story clinical care building, five medical office buildings, some with apartments, a day care, and a hotel. The zone change from light industrial to business planned unit development is sought to allow hospital use. Local officials note regional benefits and expect zone review April 12.
