Woman Held as Smuggler in Ripon Case

43 year old mother of two held on federal charge of possessing smuggled diamonds valued at about 110 stones. Sheriff says Diamonds were left at a Ripon beauty shop for safekeeping with additional gems found in a purse. Suspect says gems came from her brother Fred Stelter who she visited in Holland last year.
