Cincinnati Parking Garage Lawsuit Dismissed on Appeal
The 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that Cincinnati and H&S Pogue Co. Inc. were not required to modify the seven story shopper's parking garage in the urban renewal area. Merchants including Gibson and Perin Co. were found outside the renewal area and lacked standing to challenge the project design or location. The case returns to district court with the complaint dismissed.
