Franklin residents push for解决 water pressure fix
Franklin residents led by Matthew and Amy Wilcher urged the City Council to address sporadic water pressure drops in the Franklin Landing subdivision. They presented a petition from about 30 homeowners and noted prior assurances from Cristo Homes that issues would ease after a new water tower. The city plans a state-funded upgrade, proposing a 1 million gallon tower on Industrial Drive to raise pressure, with a $1.9 million project target and possible timing tied to 2007 funding. Residents are asked to log pressure drop times to pinpoint peak usage effects.
