The Ohio General Assembly may vote today on a state budget that omits a Warren County community college levy for now. Warren officials and Sinclair officials say no immediate levy is planned, though draft language could bar future levies. Gov Taft will appoint two Warren County representatives to Sinclair’s nine member board as a branch campus could serve 2,500 students in 1–5 years and up to 9,000 by 2020, with Warren County residents contributing millions in tuition and aid.
