Middletown ordinances approve Garfield Renewal Project
Middletown Ohio City Commission approves Urban Renewal Plan for Garfield Redevelopment Project after reviewing studies and master plan. The ordinance authorizes additional federal housing funds, relocation provisions, zoning changes, and street and utility alterations to eliminate condition of blight and to proceed with redevelopment.
