Mason Man Sentenced in Concurrent Terms in Warren County
Robert Tucker of Mason was sentenced to two concurrent one-to-seven year terms in the Ohio State Penitentiary after pleading guilty to two counts of receiving and concealing stolen property. A sheriff’s probe found a basement cache of pilfered goods likely taken from a Cincinnati freight terminal where he worked as a security guard. The case prompted a pre-sentence investigation for Dolph Goodpaster Jr. after guilty pleas to malicious destruction of property and breaking and entering an uninhabited dwelling. Goodpaster’s original charge of breaking and entering an inhabited dwelling carried a possible life sentence. The August break-in damaged 18 Hunter Elementary School windows and the March break-in targeted Dottie Magoteaux’s home at 3772 Ruby Drive, Franklin.
