Mutiny Ruling Reversed at San Francisco Presidio
The Court of Military Review overturned the mutiny conviction of Pvt. Nesrey Sood 27 Oakland affirming a lesser charge of willful disobedience. It ruled the 27 stockade inmates singing We Shall Overcome did not constitute mutiny and could affect 21 other mutiny convictions. The Army has 10 days to appeal.
