Army Asked To Cancel Contract For Locomotives
Rep. Robert Levering of Ohio urged the Army to cancel a 3.829 million dollar contract for 39 towing locomotives for the Panama Canal awarded to Mitsubishi Co. after underbidding Plymouth Locomotive Works of Mansfield.
