Perry woman denies DWI in death of 4 year old
Elaine Rice died when a Perry Ohio driver allegedly swerved and crushed her on a home wall in Painesville. The driver Mrs Edward Reister 4 entered a innocent plea in Municipal Court on Monday freed on 85 bond. Lake County prosecutor says further charges are under study.
