Robin Szeliga a former chief financial officer at Qwest Communications is charged with one count of insider trading alleging she improperly gained 410000 from a 2001 stock sale. She has reached a plea agreement and will cooperate in an ongoing accounting investigation. A change of plea is set for July 14.

Mortgage rates slide to four month low in Freddie Mac survey
