Nickel Beer Club Profits At Polish American Club
DUPONT PA AP The Polish American Citizens Club has charged nickel beer and 20 cent whisky for four years, turning a profit of over $40. Joseph Lukasik, president, says low overhead and three union payed bartenders keep the business booming. Only members paying $1.25 yearly dues may be served. The club, open from 10 each morning, counts about 1,100 members and remains crowded. The final line about nail growth appears out of place.
