Municipal Court Judge J T Lamb bound over Billy E Jordan 25 Trenton on attempted rape aggravated burglary and felonious assault and Clifford Harris Jr 18 Carlisle on breaking and entering and grand theft. Bond set at 5000 each. Also fined 50 and referred to traffic school were James Alcorn David Reynolds David Fryman Joseph Proffitt for careless driving. Proffitt also fined 50 for intoxication. FBI arrests man in Ohio child death case
Edward Gene Fields, 29, was arrested in El Paso on a federal warrant. He faces involuntary manslaughter and related charges in Ashland Ohio after a 3 year old boy, Artendy Williams, was found dead along Interstate 71. The boy’s father identified him after funeral reports reached Memphis. Fields is held on 100000 dollars bond.
