MILWAUKEE Ronald Zakowski 19 was convicted of reckless driving though he never touched the wheel. He rode as a passenger in the car driven by John Ritzel 18 who led a 40 mile police chase. Zakowski advised Ritzel on pursuit progress. Judge Leo Hanley ruled he was as much a reckless driver as Ritzel. Both placed on probation and had licenses suspended for one year.
