Man Guilty of DWI in Franklin Court
Judge John B Tracy sentenced Bryan Webb age 37 of 130 N Main St to two years driving suspension after a DWI conviction. Webb paid 200 dollars plus costs. Thomas Wills age 31 of Dayton received 150 dollars fine costs and three days in jail plus 30 day pleasure driving suspension. Wayne Gray 19 of 16 Lynn St paid 50 dollars for discharging a firearm and Jerry Smith 22 of 523 Riley Blvd 60 days for reckless operation. Sixty two speeders paid 1657.50 dollars in fines and forfeitures.

Prisoners in Cuyahoga County May Register to Vote
The Cuyahoga County Board of Elections will allow eligible county prisoners to register for the November 7 general election. Sheriff Ralph Kreiger noted about 160 of 600 inmates want to register, with details still to be finalized. Felons remain ineligible. A special jail registration is set for October 10 for inmates awaiting trial or serving misdemeanors.
