County files suit over zoning dispute in Butler County
Albert J. Schuholz Jr of Cincinnati sues the Butler County commissioners and Ohio Attorney General in Common Pleas Court seeking a declaratory judgment. He owns land in A and M Heights and Piepmeyer Sharon Heights. The case contests 1971 zoning to B-1 and requests the zoning be declared unconstitutional and changed to B-1.
