Ohio towns tighten rules as sex offenders face eviction near schools
A new law in April allows eviction action against offenders living within 1000 feet of schools. In Warren County, 18 offenders were notified to move within a month. 13 relocated, one is deceased, five remain. Officials warn noncompliance could trigger court orders. The measure follows concerns over high profile cases and strengthens state and national sex offender tracing and reporting.
