Man sentenced to nine years for rape charges
Danny M. Green, 46, of Middletown, was sentenced by Judge Noah Powers in Butler County Common Pleas Court to nine years in prison on two rape charges involving girls under 13. He received credit for 154 days served and must submit to an HIV test. The case followed a plea in April and a delayed sentencing after new information emerged.
