Blonde Grace Elaine Bird of Cabot Pennsylvania captured the Miss Ohio title at Cedar Point, winning the talent round with Strauss First Concerto for French Horn and Carmen Aria. She advances to Miss America in Atlantic City with a $1500 scholarship. first runner up Ann Andrews of Wauseon is her standby.
