Shift In Inter-American Staff By U S Is Rumored
Washington AP report says Roy R. Rubottom Jr. may be replaced as assistant secretary for inter-American affairs by Thomas C. Mann, who would move from economic affairs. The White House input and Eisenhower approval would be required for any switch amid a broader Latin America policy shift including Cuba.
