County welfare seeks foster home for two toddlers

Car Fire Hit By Train Near West Middletown
A 1971 model car owned by Bob Downs of Carlisle was set ablaze on railroad tracks half a mile north of West Middletown. Firefighters from Miltonville warned the passing train, but the engine struck the burning vehicle, which was already a total loss. Downs arrived after the crash.
