Residence Development Projects ordinance in Middletown 1966
City of Middletown adopts new Chapter 77 and Chapter 3 of Title 15 to govern Residence Development Projects and Development Plan Approval. It repeals older provisions and sets standards for planning commission approvals, modifications, design standards, open space, yards, and subdivision procedures with required notices and city commission confirmation.
