Youth on Bicycle Struck by Auto In Middletown
A seven year old boy was injured when he rode between two parked cars and into the path of an oncoming car on Burbank Street. Dean Avens of 1909 Carolina St. was treated for minor injuries at Middletown Hospital and released. The motorist was Opel M. Lacey of 2208 Hill Ave. The incident occurred yesterday afternoon.

Franklin Girl Is Injured In Auto Crash
An 18 year old Franklin girl, Mary Jane Layman of 402 River Street, was treated at Middletown Hospital for a facial laceration after a car skidded on an oil slick on S Main Street and struck a tree. Her father Dr Orville Layman conveyed her to the hospital. Police continue to investigate the accident.

Grand Jury To Report On July 9 Recall Session
Hamilton The recall session of the May Butler County Grand Jury will report to Judge Arthur J. Fiehrer at 9 30 a.m. on July 9. Prosecutor Richard J. Wessel said the jury has completed 50 cases and 125 witness interrogations. Cases include a first degree murder charge against George William Turpin and rape related charges against Raymond Holt and Roger Fox. Delbert Creditt faces a second degree manslaughter charge. Twelve Middletown Municipal Court referrals cover two charges each.

Saturday July 3 1965 three people from Mansfield were treated at Middletown Hospital after a two car collision on Route 123 east of Lebanon. Sandra Estill 18 drove west and lost control hitting Ruby Alcorn 22 of Morrow. A small fire followed the crash and Estill faced excessive speed charges.
