Pair To Face Court On Robbery Charges
Two men Ollie Day and Charles W Hunt are to appear before Squire Lammie Bailey on armed robbery charges and one count each of carrying concealed weapons. They allegedly robbed a Port Garage Engle's Corner after forcing attendant Wallace Wells to hand over cash at 9 30 pm. Wells named Day and Hunt as the assailants. Day was captured two hours after the holdup and Hunt later. Police recovered the pistol and linked Day to the companion through witness identification.

Richard Hibbard 18 and Charles Sparks 22 of Cincinnati and Asbell Adams 19 of Norwood sign statements admitting murder during a robbery that yielded six dollars.
