City ordinance sets salary pay ranges for Middle town employees
The ordinance establishes bi weekly pay scales for salaried and hourly city employees in Middletown Ohio. It lists numerous class titles with corresponding pay ranges and adds provisions on overtime shifts insurance premiums holiday sick leave uniforms and annual reviews. It also revises fire division pay and introduces bi weekly rates for many positions. Enactment stated as emergency measure effective January 1968.
