Landlord Fails To Get Support In Rent Test

Miller faces a Supreme Court case after a federal ruling declared the act unconstitutional and dissolved an earlier injunction. He canvassed funds from real estate groups and individuals to continue the challenge. Association secretary Lawrence J. Efferth said trustees voted unanimously the group cannot take over the case since it was not a legal action by the association or its members.
