Miss Betty Hughes of 118 Crawford Lane died at Miami Valley Hospital Dayton after a Sunday 1:45 a m crash near Miamisburg. She suffered severe injuries and pneumonia developed. she had been a Middletown High School graduate and drum majorette. Survivors include her parents, five brothers and Wishard of Veterans Hospital. Conley Canada faces reckless driving charges with a court date pending. Funeral services are Friday at the Church of the Nazarene, burial in Woodside Cemetery.
