Belvedere ordinance to repeal driveways chapter and readopt
Belvedere city adopts Ordinance 468 repealing Chapter 6 of Part Fifteen Title One and enacts new Driveways provisions. It defines arterial streets and driveways, sets permit, construction, and modification rules, and outlines commercial and noncommercial driveway standards, widths, radii, and placement along arterial and non arterial streets. The measure also creates a technical advisory committee and details enforcement and adjustments to ensure safe street access and traffic flow.
