S HEPPERTON England AP Ian Allan started with a list of locomotive numbers at age 20. He built Ian Allan Limited into a $12 million annual business selling 50 million plus transport books and magazines since 1942. Allan bought and refurbished Malaga Pullman car for his offices in Shepperton near London.
