Oysters Picked From Mangrove Roots on Margarita Island
Five travelers from Club Internationale, based in Washington, tour Margarita Island off Venezuela. They boat through the Canal for Lovers and Canal Maria Guevara to mangrove oysters at the water line, prying shells with hotel knives until they find mouthfuls of briny, sharp shells and a tasty bite.
