Features include post office service, expanded dining, a conference center for 300, library with internet terminals, lounge game room, salon, gift shop, coffee shop, and later a wellness center. Estimated cost 5.3 million with a 3.3 million campaign goal. AK Steel Foundation pledges 1 million and will supply steel. The project aims for early 2006 completion and self sufficiency to expand services for seniors.
