He believes the gesture cheers people amid tough times and prompts conversation. Some passengers question the motive, but Castagna says there is no catch.
The Labor Department reported wholesale prices fell three tenths of one percent in January led by a large drop in farm product costs. The decline signals continued inflation relief for consumers.
