Fined for Leaving Crash Scenes and Other Court Actions
Two motorists were fined 200 dollars and costs each and given one year license suspensions by Municipal Judge J T Lamb for fleeing crash scenes. Horace Barnes 30 of Cincinnati also paid 25 dollars for driving left of center. Ray Henry 40 of Cincinnati paid 10 dollars for intoxication. Roy Moore 49 of Dayton was fined 200 dollars, jailed three days, and given a one year license suspension for driving under the influence. Glenn Baker 25 of Cincinnati faced 25 dollars for an accident with a parked car. Hearings for four men tied to a Red Bud Inn fight were continued to Feb 19. Eight intoxication cases were disposed of.
