COLUMBUS AP The third of six Franklin County jail escapees, Russell Smith 33 of Chillicothe, was captured after a 20 mile auto chase on US 23 south of Piketon Monday night. James Johnson remains at large along with Credell Beel of Columbus and Phillip Kelley of Springfield. Carter and Bleyer were returned to custody earlier.
