Hilton Sex Video Theft Case Dropped For Lack Of Evidence
Los Angeles prosecutors will not file charges against Paris Hilton over a scrape at a West Hollywood newsstand in which she allegedly pocketed a copy of her sex video. The district attorney said evidence did not persuade a reasonable jury of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. The incident stemmed from a December 15 encounter linked to the video “One Night in Paris” from 2003 before Hilton’s reality show The Simple Life. A security tape shown on Celebrity Justice appeared to show Hilton grabbing the video and leaving after buying magazines.
