Pair Beat Auto License Charges

Darlene Testifies About Shooting Case in Texas

Four year old Darlene Goodwin demonstrated loading a toy gun and said Bang he shot Mama. Sheriff deputies arrested James Goodwin, 26, for shooting Hazel Goodwin, 22, at her farm home Wednesday night. The separation started last summer and Darlene spent the weekend with him before being returned to her mother. Officers said Goodwin admitted the shooting and he was held without immediate charge.
