Grain elevator blast declared accidental in Galveston
Fire officials say the Galveston grain elevator explosion was definitely accidental with two possible causes under review. A spark from a railroad engine or a top elevator switch are considered potential ignition sources as searchers look for three missing workers amid rubble. A crew of 32 and eight federal inspectors were on site when the blast hit the Farmer's E Co. facility.
