Armed robbery charge against man withdrawn
A charge of armed robbery against Charles Jackson was withdrawn by Municipal Court Judge J T Lamb at the request of the city prosecutor after a key witness could not positively identify him. Jackson, 26, of 407 Young St, was linked to a September robbery of Kenny's Carry Out on S Dixie Highway in Blue Ball. The Jackson case was dropped while co defendant Ballard Gayhart’s case continued for one week.

Armco Raises Prices Amid Scrap Cost Rule
