Youth Pleads Innocent Bound To Jury On Auto Theft Charge
An 18 year old youth bound over to the Butler County grand jury on $1,500 bond in Municipal Court. Louis James Cooper pleaded innocent to an auto theft charge for allegedly stealing a car near McK'eley Junior High School last Monday. He was arrested in Hamilton. In other court actions Judge J. T. Lamb handled, Douglas Lee Nickell was fined $200 on two petit larceny counts for stealing two rifles from Montgomery Ward on Dec. 2. Danny Sizemore received $200 plus costs and 10 days in jail for petit larceny related to a wheel and tire theft on Vine Street Dec. 12. Various defendants were fined for careless driving, anti-noise violations, and other traffic offenses with suspended portions and costs as listed.
