Inmate Fined in Butler County Jail Case
A Butler County jail inmate Alvin Mullins, 31, of 1331 First Ave, was fined 100 dollars and 8 dollars costs on two assault and battery charges after pleading no contest. He failed to appear for trial before Judge J. T. Lamb. Six motorists were fined 30 dollars and costs for traffic charges. Michael Lee Glover admitted leaving the scene of an accident. Ellen Drite and Michael S. Johnson pleaded guilty to anti-noise and careless driving. Paul N. Bailey was found guilty after pleading innocent. Christopher L. Kuhbman and Paul E. Terry pled guilty.
