A Tel Aviv district court ordered confinement in a mental hospital for Mohammed Touni 37 after a psychiatric panel found he acted under uncontrollable diseased impulses when hijacking a Middle East Airlines jet to Israel last August. The decision keeps him under psychiatric care until cured.
