Middletown Man Sentenced for Probation Violation in Ohio
Charles Feltner, 40, of 612 Cleveland St Middletown, was sentenced by Butler County Common Pleas Judge Fred B. Cramer to an indeterminate term in the Ohio Penitentiary after guilty findings on probation violation. Feltner had been on five years probation since May 5 for shooting with intent to kill and was arrested Nov 12 during a disturbance at his ex wife’s home. In a separate case, Robert William Smith, 42, also facing probation violations, saw a deferred ruling as testimony described threats and past incidents at the Yankee Road home. Prosecutor John F. Holcomb and defender Brandeis Casner led the cases.
